Job Description
Job title: Sales Executive (Healthcare)
DoctorKemon, a healthtech platform built by doctors, is looking for a part-time/full time salesperson to help onboard private-practice doctors.
What you'll do:
1. Visit doctor chambers directly to introduce our product.
2. Explain the product, answer basic questions, and help doctors sign up
3. Follow up with doctors who show interest but haven't yet joined
4. Report weekly on chambers visited and doctors signed up
Who we're looking for:
1. Comfortable speaking with doctors and chamber staff professionally
2. Prior experience in field sales, pharma sales, or healthcare-related product.
3. Can commit a few fixed hours/days per week, flexible if you have another job
Compensation:
Basic: 10,000 tk/month for full time executives (minimum 10 sale required to activate this)
No basic for part time executives.
Commission: 1000 Tk commission per sale + 500 tk monthly commission for 1 year if that doctor continues using the product.
Training on the product and pitch
Marketing materials will be provided.
