Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Aarong, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of empowering artisans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally.
  • Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise.
  • Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendation as needed.
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals.
  • Manage back store operations.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowing the features, benefits, and care instructions for products.
  • Understanding how to count and track inventory.
  • Understanding how to upsell, cross-sell, and handle customer objections.

 

SKILLS:

·         Interacting with customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.

·         Identifying and resolving customer issues quickly.

·         Adapting to changing situations.
