Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka. The specialist will engage with existing and potential ERWEKA users, conduct sales visits and presentations, and follow up on leads to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing product information and basic training, coordinating demonstrations, and supporting after-sales service in collaboration with the technical team. The role also involves developing and executing marketing activities, preparing proposals and reports, monitoring market trends, and contributing to sales planning and management.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and support business growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product explanations and basic user guidance to customers.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or technical equipment sales or service.
• Candidates should have good organizational and reporting skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently on-site.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
