Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales processes. Additionally, you will provide training to team members, assist clients in optimizing their LinkedIn Ads, and ensure a seamless customer service experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing targets will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage sales pipelines.
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring for team development.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including LinkedIn Ads, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
