Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting Pathsala IT’s services and solutions to prospective customers. The specialist will plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, support brand awareness activities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves tracking sales performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and participating in training or events to represent the company professionally.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide team members, support onboarding, and help coordinate sales activities.
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
