Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, maintain relationships with existing customers, and support account management activities. Daily responsibilities include presenting product information, conducting market visits, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales volume. The role also involves preparing sales reports, assisting in pricing and product positioning, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The specialist will provide customer service, support training sessions for clients or junior staff, and ensure that sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to help guide sales activities, support team development, and contribute to structured sales processes.
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the feed, agriculture, or FMCG sectors, is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with sales reporting tools is an advantage.
