Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Faridpur, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with customers, delivering high-quality customer service, providing training to clients or team members, and ensuring effective sales management. The specialist will play a vital role in meeting business targets and promoting the company’s products.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management skills for driving revenue and achieving business goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in Training team members or customers as needed to support growth and product understanding
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in hybrid work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Bangla and English; familiarity with the local market in Faridpur
• Experience in the feed, agriculture, or FMCG industry is an advantage
