Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for driving store sales through customer engagement, promotional activities, and local marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers on the sales floor, presenting product offerings, supporting in-store campaigns, and coordinating with store management to meet sales targets. The role also involves collecting customer feedback, helping train team members on sales techniques, and preparing basic reports on sales performance and promotional results. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding, effective merchandising, and an excellent in-store experience.

• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, along with basic proficiency in standard office and point-of-sale tools.
