Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving online sales and supporting marketing initiatives that expand Marazshop’s customer base. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages customer inquiries, supports customers throughout the buying process, and identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products. The specialist contributes to sales campaigns, coordinates promotions, and assists in developing training materials and sales guidelines for team members. Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience and promotional effectiveness.
