Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The Specialist will support marketing campaigns, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs. Daily tasks include following up on leads, conducting client meetings, delivering product and service information, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also involves gathering market insights, contributing to promotional activities, and providing input to improve customer experience and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.
• Experience in Training to support client onboarding, internal sales enablement, and product or service knowledge sessions.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, including basic digital and offline marketing techniques, to support promotional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in proposals, reports, and client communications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Experience in engineering or technology solutions industries in Bangladesh is an advantage.
