Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rangpur. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting GR8r Studio’s services, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into long-term partnerships. The specialist will support end-to-end sales activities, including preparing proposals, managing follow-ups, maintaining a sales pipeline, and tracking performance metrics. Daily responsibilities also include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline marketing efforts, and collaborating with the design and product teams to align messaging with service offerings. The role requires regular communication with clients, handling inquiries, providing product knowledge, and offering training or demos where needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and clients.
• Customer Service skills with the ability to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales expertise, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
• Experience in Training and delivering product or service demonstrations to clients and partners.
• Sales Management capabilities, such as managing pipelines, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
• Background in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or tech services, with an understanding of SaaS or AI products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and coordinate across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software; familiarity with analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
