Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting company products and services through targeted sales and marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and supporting promotional campaigns both online and offline. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales targets, assist in organizing customer presentations and training sessions, and regularly report on sales performance and market trends to management.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support customer onboarding where needed.
• Candidates should have basic marketing knowledge, including market research, campaign support, and brand promotion.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be proficient in using common office software and digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry, is beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
