Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors, and for supporting sales targets through effective relationship management. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales visits, presenting product information, organizing marketing campaigns, and participating in promotional events. The specialist will provide customer support, collect market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and training materials. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage accounts, and support business growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support the development of sales teams.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing, preferably in Dhaka or similar markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site, manage field activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical promotional practices is an advantage.
