Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Envision Power’s electrical products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and product positioning. The specialist will maintain detailed records of sales activities, participate in training sessions, and support brand visibility through events and digital outreach.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers and team members on product features, usage, and benefits.
• Relevant experience in electrical goods, power solutions, or industrial products is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, conduct field visits, and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
