Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting products and services to meet sales targets. The specialist will support marketing initiatives, assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, and provide training or guidance to team members and partners when needed. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, managing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication, and consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, product knowledge sharing, and capability building within the team or with partners.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
