Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka. The role involves driving sales performance across designated retail channels, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation at the point of sale. The specialist will support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, monitor in-store promotions, and report on product performance and market trends. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on merchandising and inventory levels, conducting product training for store staff, and implementing brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual and experiential standards. The position also requires tracking KPIs, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with retail partners and consumers.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation and relationship-building, to achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess experience in Training, particularly in coaching store teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales Management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize in-store activities and performance.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use basic office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
