Sales And Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are currently seeking Sales / Marketing Specialist with a solid understanding of Heavy Construction and Industrial Material Handling Equipment (such as cranes, excavators, forklifts, etc.). The ideal candidate should be proactive, market-savvy, and relationship-focused, with a strong technical background and experience in the construction equipment industry.

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads in the heavy equipment and material handling market.
• Assist the sales team through the entire deal cycle, from inquiry to successful delivery and after-sales follow-up.
• Collect and analyze information on ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects, tenders, and biddings across the country.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a Key Account Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure seamless customer communication and satisfaction.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports, competitor analysis, and business development insights.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer engagement events to enhance brand visibility.
• Support financing and collection work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred) or any relevant technical field from renowned universities.
• Minimum 02 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of construction machinery, industrial equipment, heavy construction, industrial material handling equipment or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of cranes, excavators, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment is essential.
• Established network and strong client base within the construction and industrial sector.
• Proactive in gathering project intelligence and tracking government or private sector tenders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh for customer visits and project follow-ups.
