Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Future IT’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, supporting marketing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. The specialist will track sales performance, provide regular reports, and participate in training or presentations to strengthen product knowledge. Collaboration with marketing to execute promotional activities, events, and digital outreach is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or service presentations and support client onboarding.
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or technology services.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and collaborate within a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
