Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Renn Inc.’s products and services across its business units. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, prepare proposals, conduct market research, and support brand-building initiatives. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also includes providing product training or demonstrations to clients and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or service orientations and support client understanding and adoption.
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Ability to analyze market trends, prepare reports, and use data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
• Proficiency with basic office and CRM tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ethical standards, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within a diversified business group.
