🎯 Role Summary

In this role, you will lead regional business development initiatives, manage key client accounts, execute local marketing strategies, and analyze sales trends. You will also play a key role in building team capacity through training and knowledge sharing, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with B2B corporate clients.

• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and execute end-to-end sales pipelines.

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support regional growth objectives.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze sales metrics, consumer trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

• Team Development: Facilitate training sessions to upskill and support team members.

• Customer Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive post-sales support.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. (Preferences/background in Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage).

• Experience Preference: Prior experience in corporate sales within the Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices sectors will be highly prioritized.

• Fresh Graduates: High-potential, self-motivated freshers are also strongly encouraged to apply!

• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM/sales tools, strong time management, and an analytical mindset.
