Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dhaka. The specialist will manage and grow customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with buyers and partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and presenting product information, coordinating with production and merchandising teams, and supporting negotiation of prices and terms. The role also involves assisting in developing marketing campaigns, gathering market feedback, and preparing sales reports and performance updates for management. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support account growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members or customer representatives on product features and processes.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of apparel or textile industry practices, market trends, and buyer expectations.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and basic data analysis skills for sales reporting.
• Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital communication tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; experience in apparel sales or merchandising is an advantage.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Dhaka, handle a fast-paced environment, and collaborate within diverse teams.
