Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for hygiene and beauty products, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating online and offline campaigns, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The role involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and optimizing product positioning. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, deliver product training to partners or representatives, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to educate partners, team members, and customers on product features and benefits.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools, social media campaigns, and brand promotion.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market research, and campaign performance to inform decision-making.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, consumer goods, hygiene, or beauty care sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
