Role Description

• Counsel and onboard students into CIPS and ASCM (Formerly known as APICS) courses.
• Communicate with prospective students from overseas countries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of student communications and onboarding status.
• Work closely with the internal team to achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, student counseling, or a similar role.
• English medium background is a must.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and professional mindset.
• Comfortable dealing with overseas students and international clients.
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
