Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Dhaka. The Sales and Marketing Representative will identify and engage prospective customers, present product offerings, and follow up on leads to close sales. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, preparing and delivering sales proposals, maintaining customer records, and providing responsive customer service. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with the team to develop promotional strategies and training materials. The representative will work closely with management to meet sales targets, expand market reach, and strengthen JLQ Aluminium’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Training and coaching customers or team members on product features.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of aluminum or building materials markets, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented work habits, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Dhaka and traveling locally for client visits.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
