Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The intern will support daily sales and marketing activities, including identifying prospective clients, presenting PCA Home’s services, and following up on leads. Responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining client records, participating in outreach campaigns, and promoting services through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital channels. The role also involves collaborating with the team on marketing materials, gathering feedback from clients, and helping improve communication and service positioning. Interns will receive guidance and training to develop practical skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement within the home care sector.

• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support outreach, lead generation, and service promotion.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, follow guidance, and share information clearly.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in the healthcare or home care sector is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort with using phone, email, and common office or digital tools for client communication and record-keeping.
• Previous internship or academic projects in business, marketing, or related fields are an advantage but not required.
