Position Overview

Dynasty Food & Beverage Industries is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer – FMCG to support our sales operations, market expansion, customer relationships, and brand development activities in Dhaka . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in FMCG sales, market development, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Execute sales activities and support product promotion initiatives.
• Visit markets regularly to understand customer needs and collect market insights.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Support marketing campaigns, brand activities, and promotional programs.
• Prepare sales reports, market updates, and performance summaries.

The selected candidates will be responsible for driving market growth for our premium and innovative beverage lineup:

• Sakura Drinking Water
• Sakura Alkaline Water (Bangladesh's First Bottled Alkaline Water)
• Sakura Black Water (Bangladesh's First Black Water Infused with Fulvic Minerals)
• Sakura Natural Mineral Water (Bangladesh's First Natural Mineral Water Brand)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution (Major in Marketing is a plus).
• Experience in FMCG sales will be highly preferred (Freshers with high motivation are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively within assigned areas.
