- Develop, customize, price, and promote tour packages for various international destinations under the Menarat Tours & Travels.
- Manage the complete booking and execution process for tour packages, including destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and other popular international locations.
- Advise and guide clients on destination selection, itineraries, package inclusions, travel documentation, and overall cost planning.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local ground operators to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including effective post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate new corporate and individual clients.
- Promote travel packages, air tickets, visa, International Education and other travel services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and close sales.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
- Create engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other team to brainstorm new ideas.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Host regular live sessions to promote services, share updates, and engage with audiences in real-time.
- Maintain regular feedback loops with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Call clients regularly to share updates, promotions, and respond to inquiries.
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries on all company social media platforms promptly
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of arts
- Skills: tour operators, tour management, travel agency, tour packages, travel and tourism, tourism management, travel industry knowledge, travel management, corporate sales
