About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales, Marketing & Operations Intern to support our team as we scale outreach and prepare for our December 2026 plot handover. This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure across sales execution, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day operations of a unique social enterprise, combining office-based work with regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation, client follow-ups, and inquiry handling, while assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage and grow content for OPAR's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
• Coordinate logistics for client site visits to the Kapasia, Gazipur graveyard, and support the sales team during client meetings, walk-ins, and appointment scheduling
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to help refine sales and marketing strategy
• Maintain client records, sales data, and documentation, while liaising between sales, marketing, and on-site teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Support corporate sales outreach and partnership coordination, alongside day-to-day administrative and operational tasks at the office
• Help organize promotional events, client visits, and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

• Minimum A Levels / HSC (or equivalent) — candidates currently studying, recently graduated, or fresh graduates are all welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
• Comfortable with hybrid work involving working from home, office, site visit, etc.
• Basic understanding of sales, digital marketing, and operations concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Willingness to travel to project site as needed
• Prior internship or academic project experience is a plus, but not required
