Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales outreach, lead generation, and follow-up activities with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaigns, preparing presentations, updating sales and customer databases, and contributing to social media and promotional initiatives. The intern will help coordinate customer interactions, gather feedback, and provide support during client meetings and training sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support outreach, lead handling, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist in preparing materials and supporting client or internal training sessions.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of marketing concepts, digital tools, and social media platforms.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools and an eagerness to learn new software will be beneficial.

Location: Niketon, Block A, Road 1, House 55 Gulshan 1, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension/full-time conversion)

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, healthcare tech, or SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bengali).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for 5 days per week.
