Role Description The Sales and Marketing Consultant role at Resokey is a part-time/Full Time, hybrid position based in Dhaka, with flexibility for some work from home. The consultant will identify and approach potential clients, present real estate solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships to support client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing initiatives, assisting with promotional campaigns, and supporting property listings and branding efforts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on project timelines, preparing sales reports, and providing market insights to help shape business strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals within the real estate or related sectors.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support campaigns, digital outreach, and brand-building activities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Dhaka or Bangladesh is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Basic proficiency with office software and online communication tools.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
