ABOUT THE ROLE

Leads reach us every week through Meta, WhatsApp, our website and referrals. We need one person to own those leads: call them, understand the requirement, qualify them, follow up on time and book qualified meetings with the Principal Architect.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Part-time, 24 to 25 hours per week.

WORK SCHEDULE, choose one

• 4 hours x 6 days per week, 24 hours

• 5 hours x 5 days per week, 25 hours

• Any other schedule totalling 24 to 25 hours

Mention your preferred working days and hours in your application. The final schedule will be set through mutual agreement, based on lead response requirements. The salary remains the same for any approved 24 to 25 hour schedule.

LOCATION

On-site in Dhaka. Candidates living in Adabor, Mohammadpur, Shyamoli or nearby areas will receive preference.

SALARY

BDT 13,000 to 15,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated sales ability. A performance incentive may be introduced after confirmation.

PROBATION

Two months, paid. Confirmation will depend on communication quality, sales ability, CRM discipline, follow-up consistency, qualified meeting generation and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact leads generated through Meta, WhatsApp, website, referrals and other sources

• Understand client requirements and collect basic project information

• Qualify prospects using consultative sales techniques

• Handle common objections and follow up regularly

• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead stages and follow-up history

• Schedule qualified meetings with the Principal Architect

• Re-engage selected old leads and provide brief pipeline reports

EXPERIENCE

Minimum one year of practical experience in sales, telesales, lead conversion, business development, client relationship or CRM. Candidates with one to three years of relevant experience will receive preference. More experienced candidates may apply if the part-time arrangement suits them.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication and client-handling ability

• Knowledge of sales techniques, prospect qualification, persuasion and objection handling

• Strong follow-up and meeting-setting ability

• Experience with CRM, Google Sheets, Excel and data management

• Ability to use ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI tools

• Professional communication over phone, WhatsApp and other digital platforms

• Willingness to learn architectural and interior project basics

You must already have fundamental sales ability. Training will be provided on our services, project basics, CRM process and internal workflow.

EDUCATION

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is the standard requirement. BBA, Marketing, Management, Business Studies, Architecture, Interior Design or related backgrounds will receive preference. Exceptional candidates with HSC or incomplete graduation may apply if they have proven practical experience in sales, lead handling, client communication, CRM, data management and AI tools.
