SaaS Review & G2 Growth Consultant

Role Description The SaaS Review & G2 Growth Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rangpur Division, Bangladesh. In this position, the consultant will manage and optimize clients’ presence on G2 and other SaaS review platforms, including setting up profiles, refining messaging, and coordinating review campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include identifying target customer segments, running outreach initiatives to generate genuine reviews, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports with actionable recommendations. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align review strategies with broader lead generation and brand goals, as well as supporting occasional events or workshops to educate clients on best practices. The consultant will maintain strong client relationships, ensure timely delivery of campaign milestones, and contribute ideas to improve MediaMaestro’s service offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to convert review-driven interest into qualified opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to design campaigns and nurture client and customer relationships effectively.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to support client-facing sessions, workshops, or promotional activities related to SaaS review strategies.
• Relevant experience with SaaS products, B2B marketing, or review platforms such as G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities, including comfort with performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bangla is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rangpur Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
