Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Ltd. is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and service-oriented individuals for the position of Room Attendant / Public Area Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and assigned service areas in accordance with the resort’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and/or public areas to the required resort standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, minibar items, and other room amenities as required.
• Change bed linens and replace used items following established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service areas, and other assigned areas.
• Report maintenance problems, damages, Lost & Found items, and unusual activities promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally, including requests for extra towels, pillows, and amenities.
• Respect guest privacy and strictly follow “Do Not Disturb” (DND) procedures.
• Ensure housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding daily assignments and special cleaning requirements.
• Work effectively with the Housekeeping team and other departments to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
