The Room Attendant will also respond professionally to guest requests and promptly report maintenance issues, lost & found items and other concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms and related areas according to established hotel standards and SOPs.
- Make beds, change bed linen and replace towels as required.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and clean floors, furniture, fixtures, mirrors, windows and other room surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, bathtubs, showers, washbasins and other fittings.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, minibar items and other room supplies as required.
- Ensure guestrooms are properly arranged, well-presented and ready for guest occupancy.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, missing items and maintenance issues and report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings and room property with care and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor when further assistance is required.
- Follow proper procedures for handling Lost & Found items.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping trolleys, pantries, linen rooms and assigned service areas.
- Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, linen and housekeeping supplies in accordance with safety procedures.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper care of hotel property and operating equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, fire safety and environmental procedures.
- Maintain proper personal grooming, uniform standards and professional behavior at all times.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room priorities, special guest requirements and operational instructions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of corridors and other designated areas when required.
- Participate in housekeeping training and departmental briefings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or management.
