Job Description
Generate new customer leads through various channels for Retail Banking Division
Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
Achieving monthly or periodic sales target
Prepare regular visit plans and identify prospective customers from the target market
Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
Maintain periodic sales status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Required:
- At most 2 years
Additional Requirements:
Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in an academic career
06 Months - 02 Years of Experience
Strong quality to work in a team
Candidates should have computer literacy
Candidates should have sound verbal & written communication skills
Must have a customer-focused attitude
Should be dedicated, career-focused, and capable of working under pressure & self-dependent
Must be hard working with fervent attitude
