Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager

Lead by example and coach the team on hospitality standards. Ensure safety, sanitation, cleanliness and maintenance during shifts. Handle Guest Concerns. Communicate shift goals, assign tasks and adjust as needed. Support training, onboarding and performance coaching of team members. Recognize contributions and hold team accountable for results. Execute promotions, new products staffed and escalate issues when needed. Act promptly to resolve operational or product-related problems. Collaborate with managers to improve performance and achieve targets. Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance standards. Stay flexible with schedule changes and business needs. Possess advanced knowledge of PNL (Profit & Loss) management.Bachelor’s in any Discipline, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced knowledge of PNL, with strong understanding of Guest Service. Proven leadership, coaching, communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible, compliance-focused and results-driven.
