Role Description The Restaurant Captain at Crystal Heritage Inn is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves supervising the dining area, coordinating service staff, and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. The Restaurant Captain oversees table settings, monitors food and beverage quality, and ensures that orders are delivered accurately and on time. This position also manages guest interactions, addresses concerns, and supports the team in maintaining service standards and hygiene practices. The Restaurant Captain collaborates with the kitchen and management to implement service improvements and support overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Proven experience in customer service and customer satisfaction within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.
• Practical knowledge of food & beverage service, including menu understanding and service protocols.
• Prior experience in a similar role such as Restaurant Captain, Head Waiter, or Floor Supervisor is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures; additional language skills are an advantage.
