Days Hotel is looking for a smart, energetic, customer-focused, and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservation Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel room reservations through phone calls, emails, online booking platforms, walk-in guests, and other channels.
- Manage individual, corporate, and group bookings efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, facilities, and services.
- Check room availability, rates, and reservation status.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and reports; update the hotel booking system.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests.
- Communicate professionally with guests and corporate clients.
- Follow up on bookings and ensure proper confirmation and payment procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with guests.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of tourism and hospitality management
- Skills: front desk operations, hotel administration, hotel management, hotel operations knowledge, receptionist duties, guest services, hospitality management
