Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of research frameworks, study methodologies, project proposals, concept notes, and technical documents.
- Contribute to the design of quantitative and qualitative research tools, sampling strategies, and analytical frameworks.
- Assist in identifying business opportunities and developing client-focused solutions.
- Manage and oversee primary and secondary research activities.
- Coordinate fieldwork, data collection, and stakeholder consultations across project locations.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Supervise and mentor Research Associates, Enumerators, and field teams when required.
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative datasets using appropriate analytical tools and techniques.
- Synthesize findings into meaningful insights, strategic recommendations, and evidence-based conclusions.
- Conduct market assessments, sector analyses, policy reviews, and competitive landscape studies.
- Prepare high-quality reports, research publications, policy briefs, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Translate research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and consistency of project outputs.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, development partners, government agencies, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Participate in client presentations, workshops, validation meetings, and dissemination events.
- Support relationship management and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Contribute to organizational learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of development studies (bds-dev)
