Role Description The Research Assistant at Nextworld® will support research initiatives that inform product development, process optimization, and strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and organizing data, conducting literature and market research, assisting with experimental or prototype testing, and preparing summaries and reports for the research team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, documenting methods and findings with accuracy, and maintaining research records and any required lab or technical equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, requiring consistent presence and active participation in team activities.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret research findings and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Demonstrated Research experience, including designing studies, gathering data, and reviewing relevant literature.
• Effective Communication skills to present results clearly, collaborate with team members, and prepare written reports.
• Laboratory Skills or technical proficiency in handling research tools, software, or experimental procedures, as relevant.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or similar); advanced study is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common data and documentation tools (such as spreadsheets, databases, and research management software).
• Ability to work systematically, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in enterprise software, AI-driven platforms, and process automation; prior experience in these areas is beneficial.
