Role Description The Reporter role at Humana Apparels (Pvt) Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The Reporter will gather information from internal teams and external stakeholders, conduct interviews, and write clear, accurate content related to company activities, events, and industry developments. Daily tasks include drafting news-style reports, preparing internal and external communications, and producing multimedia content such as photos or short video clips to support written materials. The role involves attending meetings, site visits, and events to capture timely information, verifying facts and data, and ensuring all published content aligns with company standards and brand guidelines. The Reporter will collaborate with communications, marketing, and leadership teams to support consistent messaging and effective storytelling about the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong Reporting and News Writing skills to gather information, verify facts, and produce clear, concise stories.
• Excellent Communication and Writing abilities for internal and external content creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Multimedia skills, including basic photo, video, or audio production, to support and enhance written reports.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and integrity in handling information and sources.
• Prior experience in reporting, corporate communications, or media, ideally within apparel, manufacturing, or related sectors, is an advantage.
