Renovation General Worker

Renovation General Worker (Painting, Plastering, Repairs, electrical positions)

• Painting Works: Surface preparation, patching, priming, and full interior/exterior painting with clean finishing.
• Plastering & Skim Coat: Repair cracks/holes, apply plaster/putty, achieve smooth wall and ceiling finishes.
• Residential and commercial units cleaning works
• Basic Plumbing Tasks: Replace taps, fix minor leaks, unclog simple blockages, install basic fittings (non-licensed scope).
• General Handyman Repairs: Small carpentry fixes, door/hinge repairs, fixture installation.
• Basic electrical works including replace light bulbs, switches, sockets (non-licensed scope), assist with simple wiring support, diagnostic circuits and appliances, light switch and others
• Plumbing repairs such as installing new toilets, bath and kitchen fixtures, balcony drainage, unclogging drains and clogs Hacking and demolishing
• Preparing sites materials and tools, load and unload materials, tools and equipment
• Minor and major wall repairs, patching, including installing finishing drywall
• Dismantling or building scaffolding, temporary structure and bracing Site
• Preparation & Safety: Set up tools/materials, maintain cleanliness, follow all safety procedures and health protocols .
• Ad-hoc tasks, General Renovation works as required and instructed by supervisor
