REMOTE TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Advance Procurement & Supply Chain Ltd. (Advance PSC) is looking for energetic, confident, target-oriented and persuasive individuals to join our Remote Telesales Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication and professional education. You will be responsible for contacting prospective students, counselling them about professional certification programs, following up with leads and converting prospects into successful enrolments.

POSITION

Telesales Executive – Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote / Work From Home

Working Days: 6 Days Per Week

Weekly Holiday: Monday

Basic Salary: BDT 8,000/month

Earning Opportunity: Up to BDT 18,000+ per successful sale

NO CAP ON EARNINGS — The more you sell, the more you earn!

SHIFT OPTIONS

Shift 1: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Employees will work 6 days per week, with Monday as the weekly holiday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up with incoming leads

• Promote and sell professional certification programs in Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics

• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and professional backgrounds

• Identify candidates' career goals and recommend suitable certification programs

• Explain program details, fees, learning options, examination procedures and enrolment processes

• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

• Convert qualified leads into successful student enrolments

• Handle sales objections and negotiations professionally

• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and professionals

• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred

• English medium background is preferred

• Previous experience in Telesales, Sales, Education Sales, Student Counselling, Admissions or Business Development is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities

• Confident and comfortable communicating with professionals over the phone

• Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated

• Good command of English and Bangla

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment

WHAT WE OFFER

BDT 8,000 Monthly Basic Salary (Bi-Weekly pay)
