Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facebook Moderator role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Facebook Moderator will monitor page activity, review comments and messages, and ensure that all interactions align with company guidelines and community standards. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, removing inappropriate or harmful content, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The role also involves supporting basic content posting, reporting on page performance and common user questions, and collaborating with education and visa consultants to provide accurate information to prospective clients. The moderator will help maintain a positive and informative online presence that reflects the company’s values and services.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate Facebook pages, groups, comments, and messages to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
• Review user-generated content and remove inappropriate, offensive, spam, or misleading posts and comments.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues, policy violations, or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain a positive and engaging online community by fostering respectful discussions.
• Identify and report trends, recurring issues, and potential risks within the community.
• Assist in managing social media reputation and protecting the brand image.
• Keep accurate records of moderation actions and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on Facebook platform policies, community standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and social media teams to improve community engagement.
• Monitor fake accounts, phishing attempts, and suspicious activities, reporting them as necessary.
• Ensure response time and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Meta tools, or social media moderation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
