Job Context

IDLC Finance PLC is seeking proactive and driven professionals to join its SME Division as Relationship Officers. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the sustainable expansion of our SME portfolio across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Business Exploration: Identify and approach small and medium-sized enterprises for financing opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Organize sales calls and visits, presenting IDLC's financial products to potential clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring integrity in all interactions.
• Sales & Collection: Achieve monthly targets for both lending product sales and timely collection from clients.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

Having prior experience in sales (Banking, FMCG, Micro-Finance, Insurance, and Pharmaceutical Industries) is preferred with proper understanding of NBFI or banking standards, products and services would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with no work experience can also apply.

Performance Evaluation & Career Growth

The company follows a structured and objective based performance evaluation process applicable fairly and consistently to all Relationship Officers.

Performance is assessed based on clearly defined new business acquisition and loan recovery parameters, providing Relationship Officers with the fastest possible path for career progression in the industry.

High-performing officers can be considered for promotion to the next position as fast as within 6 months, subject to meeting the applicable performance criteria and company policy.

Salary & Other Benefits

Salary range is fixed in each job grade. Relationship Officers shall be eligible for attractive sales incentives/commission in addition to the fixed salary for any above-target business acquisition and recovery as per company policy.

Job Grades

Trainee Sales Officer, Officer Grade-I, Officer Grade-II, Officer Grade-III, Senior Officer

Salary Range

BDT 28,000–80,000

In addition, confirmed employees shall be eligible for Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Life Insurance and Health Insurance facilities as per company policy.
