Business Unit: Commercial
Reporting to: Head of Sales Strategy and Operations
At Creditinfo Group we are on a mission to enable financial inclusion across diverse markets, including emerging and high-growth regions. Creditinfo provides intelligent information, software, and analytic solutions to manage risk and facilitate access to finance. Specialising in emerging markets around the world, we are the most widespread global partner in the provision of credit bureau data and credit risk analytics within our industry.
Operating across 40+ countries, our people are critical to delivering this mission. We are building an organisation where performance, accountability and collaboration drive results, and where teams understand how their work contributes to broader business outcomes.
The Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to build deep, trusted partnerships with financial institutions and data partners. The role is responsible for driving adoption, ensuring clients realise value, and expanding engagement over time. You will act as the connector between customer needs and internal delivery teams, supporting growth while maintaining high service standards.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Strategic planning and stakeholder management
- Stay abreast of Bangladesh credit ecosystem trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to ensure the business is positioned to deliver sales and service targets.
- Develop and execute the annual and quarterly go-to-market plan for Bangladesh (segments, priority accounts, value propositions, campaigns, and product mix).
- Establish and track tactical plans and KPI scorecards; take corrective action where performance deviates from plan.
- Effectively communicate Creditinfo value propositions through meetings, proposals, and executive-level presentations; represent Bangladesh in relevant strategic planning sessions.
2. New client acquisition and revenue growth (Banks, NBFIs, MFIs)
- Build and execute a first-mover subscriber acquisition plan focused on priority institutions and decision-makers.
- Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, stakeholder mapping, discovery, proposal/pricing, negotiation, contracting, and closure.
3. Alternative data partnerships (coverage and differentiation)
- Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with alternative data sources (e.g., Telco, MFS, Utilities) to enhance bureau intelligence, coverage, and differentiation.
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms (data contribution/usage, pricing/royalties where applicable, service expectations, governance) in coordination with Compliance and Legal.
4. Consultative solution selling, onboarding, adoption and expansion
- Run structured discovery to understand client workflows and pain points; present tailored solutions with outcome-based ROI narratives.
- Sell bureau products and services (credit reports, scores, monitoring/alerts, analytics, API-based integrations) and tailor solutions to institutional needs.
- Drive adoption plans so subscribers operationalise bureau usage; expand within existing accounts through increased inquiry volumes, value-added modules, and enterprise-wide rollouts.
5. Sales and service performance governance
- Implement performance controls to proactively measure achievement against sales and service targets; address non-performance early.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and 100% CRM adoption; maintain accurate weekly forecasts, pipeline coverage reporting, and revenue tracking.
- Implement governance structures and stakeholder frameworks to ensure effective customer management, service satisfaction, and issue resolution.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven experience in enterprise account management, client success, or relationship leadership within financial services, fintech, information services, or technology-enabled environments.
- Demonstrated responsibility for managing institutional stakeholders and delivering against commercial or service objectives.
- Experience working across complex organisations where multiple decision makers influence outcomes.
- Exposure to onboarding, implementation, or integration processes between service providers and financial institutions.
- Experience operating with CRM tools, pipeline management, and structured account planning.
Great to have:
- Experience working with banks, NBFIs, MFIs, or regulated financial institutions.
- Familiarity with credit bureau services, risk decisioning tools, or data-driven product environments.
- Experience supporting contract renewals, pricing discussions, or commercial negotiations.
- Understanding of lending lifecycle processes including underwriting, monitoring, and collections.
