Grameen University invites applications for the position of Registrar to lead academic administration, governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the University’s academic administration and Registrar’s Office
• Ensure compliance with University statutes, policies, UGC, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate governance processes and statutory committees
• Manage official records, minutes, resolutions, policies, and institutional documentation
• Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, reporting, and liaison with relevant authorities
• Coordinate with academic and administrative units
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and institutional compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in administration, management, law, governance, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in university administration, academic governance, regulatory affairs, or higher education

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of university administration, academic governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional management
• Sound knowledge of UGC requirements and higher education regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital administrative systems
