Regional Trade Marketing Executive

Execute regional trade marketing plans aligned with sales and brand priorities. Drive trade promotions, market activations, and visibility programs across assigned regions. Ensure excellence in merchandising, POSM deployment, product display, and in-store visibility. Identify regional market opportunities, execution gaps, and growth pockets through regular market visits. Analyze sales trends, outlet performance, competitor activities, and trade insights to recommend actions. Partner with regional Sales teams to improve distribution, availability, visibility, and outlet productivity. Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and field teams for timely execution of trade initiatives and activations. Monitor effectiveness of trade schemes, promotions, and activation investments to maximize business impact. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, trade standards, and execution parameters across assigned markets. Prepare regional trade performance reports, market insights, and execution updates for management review.Graduation from any reputed university Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Sales; FMCG experience preferred. Strong understanding of trade dynamics, retail execution, merchandising, and market activation. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and execution skills. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
