Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the RSM-Electrical & Electronics Product role, based Sunamganj in Bangladesh. The responsibilities for this position include overseeing fan production operations, achieving sales targets, managing distribution channels, and developing strategies to enhance production efficiency and market presence. The role also requires communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including target achievement, channel management, and market analysis
• Operational Management skills, such as production supervision, efficiency enhancement, and team coordination
• Strong Communication and Leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
• Strategic Planning and Analytical skills for business development and problem-solving
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or production-based industries is highly preferred
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and ability to adapt to new technologies

Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: Min 6 years in Electrical & Electronics product sales
