Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose regional sales targets and allocate targets among team members according to the market dynamics.
• Ensure achievement of unit-wise sales targets across the assigned region.
• Propose sales development plans to drive business growth within the region.
• Manage distributors, monitor ROI, and drive initiatives to improve distributor efficiency.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to design effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant field sales experience in reputed FMCG organization.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
